Objective
The student is famialiar with the vital theories of audiovisual narrative and knows how to apply them to the analysis of media products.He/she understands how the narrative and audiovisual structures of a media work affect the origins its meaning. The student is able to apply media theories explaining how different social and cultural factors (e.g. sex, race, sexuality) structure the production, distribution and the reception of different media. The student is able apply previously required analytical and media theoretical knowhow in his/her own projects.
