Materials

All the course material (Swedish – English) is available on Moodle. Please note that the learning platform is Metropolia's Moodle with HAKA login. You will get further instructions by email after you have been accepted into the course.

Exam schedules

After each section there is a Moodle exam.

International connections

The course is offered to international and Finnish degree students.

Student workload

Each section has H5P tasks about the content of the learning material, and they are mandatory.

Content scheduling

Independent studies between September 1 - December 12, 2025 on Metropolia's Moodle, HAKA login. Course key will be sent for those who have enrolled for the course.

Teaching methods

The course form is a fully independent online course. The Moodle learning environment is built around 5 different sections containing information and tasks about Swedish language and grammar.

Further information

The final grading is on a scale: pass/fail. In order to receive a passing grade the student should 1) get 75 % of points of the H5P tasks 2) get 75 % of points of the Moodle exams 3) fill in the mandatory course feedback form
