Learning outcomes

Students - understand the basic principles and practices of service design and productization - are familiar with the concepts, phases and approaches of customer-oriented service design and productization processes - can use creative problem-solving methods in developing services and products - understand the significance of productization and service design as part of their professional competence identity and economically sustainable action.

Teaching methods

Webinaarit, vapaaehtoiset ohjausklinikat, itsenäinen opiskelu ja itsenäiset tehtävät. Opintojaksoon sisältyy 2op:n laajuinen projekti.

Alternative completion methods of implementation

Opintojakson voi opinnollistaa tai toteuttaa projektina. Mikäli opinnollistaminen tai projektitoteutus kiinnostaa vaihtoehtona, olethan etukäteen yhteydessä opintojakson vastuulehtoriin, joka arvioi, onko vaihtoehtoinen suoritustapa mahdollinen. Vaihtoehtoisista suoritustavoista sovitaan aina erikseen ja etukäteen tapauskohtaisesti.
