Further information
ICF (International classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) is a reference framework, a model that can be used to describe, document and measure functional capacity and functional limitations. It can be used, for example, to describe how the effects of illness and disability are visible in an individual's life. ICF was created by WHO, World Health Organization. It provides an international standardized language and concepts for describing and measuring health and functional limitations. GAS (Goal Attainment Scaling) is a method for setting goals and evaluating goal achievement. With the help of the GAS method, individual and meaningful, measurable and achievable goals and changes in the life of the patient are described. GAS is a customer-oriented and multidisciplinary method.
