Your student group forms a working life-oriented peer learning network. During the study period, you will also work in a multidisciplinary small group of 3-5 students.

The course has one exam. The opportunity to retake the exam is organized in accordance with JAMK's degree regulations.

You can familiarize yourself with Section 17 of Jamk's degree regulations when considering identifying and recognizing (crediting) the skills of a study course based on the skills you have previously acquired and the goals of the study course.

Teaching methods
A flourishing working community is an online study course. You study in the Moodle learning environment, where you can find course instructions, timetables, assignments and study materials. You also participate in webinars, where you reflect and share what you have learned using community learning and dialogic methods. You do independent information acquisition and apply what you have learned in exams and small group assignments as well as in various dialogic discussions. You evaluate your own and your small group's work and learning, you get feedback, peer evaluations, and you can develop your skills with the help of the peer evaluation you receive. Guidance: Guidance takes place in webinars and in the question and answer section of the Moodle learning environment.
Further information
The course as a whole is evaluated on a scale of 0-5 in relation to the evaluation criteria of the course. The course has three evaluated entities: 1. Exam (on a scale of 0-5, weight in the evaluation 40%) 2. Work ability management practices (assessment passed/failed) 3. Work well-being management plan (on a scale of 0-5, weight in the evaluation 60%) You get feedback from the teacher in the webinars, as a student you do a self-evaluation of your work and you also get feedback in the form of a peer evaluation.
