Objective

Students understand the principles of service design and are able to apply design thinking to service development and visualization. Students master the concepts of service design and the relevant design and management methods. Students can apply their learned knowledge in design work.

- Concepts and methods of service design, design management and brand thinking
- Fundamentals of concept design
- End-user and competitor analysis
- Customer experience management
- Customer perspective
