Objective

After the course, the students can
• recognize the target groups for special clothing.
• recognize different body types and bodies with special needs.
• make patterns, drape, and fit graments for different needs.
• use problem solving, co-operation and communication skills when doing business with the target group.

Content

Pattern making, fitting and manufacturing appropriate garments for a member of the target group.
Manufacturing or having high quality garments and products manufactured as team work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The students have partly reached the goals of the course. They have become familiar with the target group and taken part in team work and made a contribution in it. They have partly met the goals of the course. They have completed the assigned assignments during the course.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students have met the goals of the course and completed the assigned assignments. They can utilize their own competence in the production team and complete their own duties in an acceptable way in the team.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students have reached the goals of the course in an excellent way. They can apply their knowledge in the team when developing assignments. They will complete their duties in the team and develop communal team work in a professional way.
