Leadership and Development of the Work Community (5 ECTS)

Objective

Students will understand the impact of societal changes on the leading of social services. They will be able to participate in the strategy process both as a workers and supervisors. They will be prepared to manage staff competence and the work community. Students will be able to participate in development work and know how to inspire cooperation between the work community and customers. They will know how to work in ways that promote wellbeing.

Content

Changing work environments and multi-disciplinary networks. Strategic thinking and leadership. Management of staff competence and change. Participation of work community and service users in the development of the work-place. Management of wellbeing at work.

Ilmennät tehtävässä melko ohutta perehtyneisyyttä teoriaan ja esität näkemyksiäsi teoreettisesti perustelematta. Tarkastelu etenee epäloogisesti tai epäjohdonmukaisesti, työssä on irrallisia osioita.Aiheen käsittely on niukkaa. Analyysi, pohdinta ja johtopäätökset ovat niukkoja/puuttuvat. Kielellisesti heikkoa. Lähdeaineisto on vähäistä ja/tai ei vastaa tehtävää. Raportointi noudattaa annettuja ohjeita puutteellisesti tai virheellisesti.

Ilmennät tehtävässä perehtyneisyyttä teoriaan ja kykenet perustelemaan näkemyksiäsi teoreettisesti. Työssä on hyvä jäsentely ja rakenne. Aiheen käsittely on monipuolista (etenee osittain lähdeaineiston tai kokemuksen ehdoilla). Analyysiä on pyritty tekemään jonkin verran. Johtopäätökset / pohdinta ovat realistisia ja sovellettavissa. Kielellisesti vahvaa hyvää. Lähdeaineisto on relevanttia, mutta ei kovin monipuolista. Raportointi noudattaa pääosin annettuja ohjeita.
