Objective

After the course the student knows the essential electrical safety regulatory requirements and European standards.

Content

1. Electrical Safety Act and Decree
2. Public Policy Decisions
3. Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) releases
4. SFS-EN 6000 series of standards as well as standards 6001 and 6002
5. Application instructions developed under the Standards

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

1. The students is able to get the information he needs of regulations, administrative decisions, as well as standards and manuals based on them.
2. The student knows essential electrical safety protection and measuring principles.

1. The student will be able to pick up and apply the information he needs of regulations, administrative decisions, as well as standards and manuals based on them.
2. The student knows essential electrical safety protection and measuring principles.
3. The student will complete a degree in electrical safety Tukes 1
