Mielenterveys ja päihteet (5 op)

Tavoitteet

Opiskelija ymmärtää mielenterveyteen ja päihteisiin liittyviä ilmiöitä. Hän tunnistaa asiakasryhmien erityisyyden ja tarpeet. Hän osaa soveltaa keskeistä lainsäädäntöä, palveluita ja alan peruskäsitteitä. Hän tunnistaa keskeisimpiä toimintakäytäntöjä. Opiskelija osaa arvioida mielenterveyteen ja päihteisiin liittyvää ajankohtaista keskustelua. Hän osaa reflektoida omaa ammatillista toimintaansa.

Sisältö

Mielenterveys: suojatekijät/riskitekijät. Normaalius/poikkeavuus. Mielenterveystyön historia. Mielenterveyden osatekijät. Mielenterveysongelmat. Päihteet ihmisen elämässä. Riippuvuusilmiöt. Päihdetyön suuntaukset. Kohtaaminen, puheeksiottaminen ja motivointi. Päihde- ja mielenterveyslainsäädäntö turvaamassa yksilön perusoikeuksia. Keskeiset palvelut. Ehkäisevä, rakentava, korjaava ja kuntouttava mielenterveys- ja päihdetyö.

- In case student has prior learning concerning the course RPL application must be done before enrolling the course. If you have any further questions concerning RPL please contact the AHOT teacher of the course.
