Learning outcomes
The Land Use and Building Act
Student will be familiarized with land use and building act and in practice too, student can apply a building permit. Student can realize street area among town plan, count gross floor area and define a densely populated area

The building permit, planning permission for minor construction and exceptional permit, the realization of town plan, appeal procedure, coercive measures in construction, municipal administration
