Objective
The student is able to act responsibly in roles of a leader and an employer. S/he knows the obligations of legislation as well as the central agreements and norms of the working life.
S/he knows how to take care of the welfare of the work community and has competence to act in problematic situations at work.

The student has shown excellent performance in all elements of the course. S/he has shown motivation and interest in individual and team learning as well as in sharing one’s expertise.
