Learning outcomes
The student is familiar with the phases of a renovation project and knows that the content of the tasks of each interest group in each phase affects the result of the project. . The student will know the steps included in planning building services systems and how they are documented. The student will be able to plan the renovation of a typical residential building on a project plan level, and will be familiar with the related decision making and construction process.
Content
Renovation project and starting points for the process, binding the commissioner to the process, preparation of construction, forms of contracting and contract documents, contract matters and terms of contract in construction, the duties and responsibilities of parties, collaboration during construction, solving disagreements, informing facility users and other notifying. Project planning, commissioning planning and supervision of planning, supervision and receipt with the various stages, flow of information, condition investigations and surveys, applying regulations in renovation
