Objective
The student knows the phases of a construction project and their content, the parties to the construction project, and the roles of the different parties in the project. The student knows the key concepts related to the phases and parties of a construction project.
Content
The stages of a construction project and their key contents and decisions related to the stages. The parties to a construction project and their roles. The course is divided into two sections, the first of which deals with the stages and decisions of a construction project. The second section deals with the parties to a construction project.
Materials
All materials in Moodle.
Teaching methods
The student completes the course independently in the Moodle workspace. The student studies the provided materials on the phases, decisions, and stakeholders of a construction project. After that, the student completes an exam, in which they must score at least a grade of 1. The exam duration is 45 minutes and it can be attempted three times.
Grading Scale:
38–40 points: Grade 5
35–37 points: Grade 4
32–34 points: Grade 3
29–31 points: Grade 2
26–28 points: Grade 1
Student workload
According to the ECTS credit system. One credit equals approximately 27 hours of work.
Content scheduling
The course covers the phases of a construction project, their key contents, and the decisions related to each phase. It also introduces the stakeholders involved in a construction project and their roles. The course is divided into two sections: the first deals with the phases and decisions of a construction project, while the second focuses on the stakeholders.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student can satisfactorily explain the key content of the phases of a construction project and has a satisfactory knowledge of the parties and their tasks.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student can explain the key content of the phases of a construction project well and knows the parties and their tasks well.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student is able to explain the key content of the phases of a construction project excellently and has excellent knowledge of the parties and their tasks.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The student can satisfactorily explain the key content of the phases of a construction project and has a satisfactory knowledge of the parties and their tasks.
Assessment methods and criteria
The course grade is based on the exam result.
