Objective
The student understands:
- the objectives and importance of supply chain management and what are the main logistics activities and decisions that - companies are involved with in international business environment.
- the impact of logistics on the competitiveness of the companies and economies.
- the role of technology and sustainability in supply chain management
- career opportunities, skills and expertise required in field of logistics and supply chain management.
The student is able to apply:
- process thinking and process mapping tools when describing company’s main processes.
- main key performance indicators in order to develop logistics and supply chain activities.
The student is able to enhance sustainable supply chain management.

The student is able to define the course concepts and models and are able to justify the analysis. The student is able to apply his/her knowledge in leisure, study and work situations. The student understands the importance of expertise in the field of business and is able to analyze his/her own expertise.

The student has achieved the objectives of the course with excellent marks.
