Learning outcomes

Course objectives:
After completing the online course, the student:
• has a good understanding of the main objectives and strategies of sustainable development.
• identifies their own sustainable development values and is motivated to support the responsible activities of the green transition with their everyday choices.
• motivated to promote their own sustainable well-being and to disseminate information and a positive attitude to local networks.
• is aware of the characteristics of sustainable work and leadership and knows how to promote them in their own work.
• knows how to maintain and is motivated to disseminate ethical expertise that supports well-being at work in their own activities.

Content

Course contents:
• Main strategies of sustainable development in Finland (1 ECTS).
• Ecological values, attitude, and orientation (1 ECTS).
• Life-long promotion of brain health, a stimulus for maintaining own wellbeing (1 ECTS).
• Sustainable work, well-being and leadership (1 ECTS).
• Ethics in sustainable expertise (1 ECTS).

Teaching methods

Independent online course.
The digital operating environment is Moodle.
The training planner sends a link to the Moodle workspace and a login key there.The manuscript of the course is displayed there and all the tasks are carried out and returned there. A link and login key to the Moodle workspace will be sent to you later.

Theme 2: Ecological values, attitude and orientation (1 ECTS) 31.10 - 9.11.
Theme 3: Lifelong promotion of brain health, an incentive to maintain your own well-being (1 ECTS) 0.11 - 20.11.
Theme 4: Sustainable well-being at work, sustainable leadership(1 ECTS) 21.11 - 1.12.
Theme 5: Ethics in sustainable expertise (1 ECTS) 2.12 - 15.12.-25

The tasks of all sub-areas have been completed within the deadline and in accordance with the tasks given.
