Objective
The students are able to analyse the operating environment and structures of social management and anticipate its current challenges. They know how to participate in the strategy process as employees and supervisors. The students have the ability to participate in the competence management of the work community and the staff.
The students are able to participate in the development work as employees and supervisors and are able to inspire the work community and clients to develop together. They are able to work in a way that promotes well-being at work and strengthens work community skills.
Content
The changing operating environment, multidisciplinary networks, and identifying the ecosystems.
Strategic thinking and management. Competence management, change management and managing human resources. Inclusion of the work community and the client in the development of the work community, work and services. Managing well-being at work, work community skills and self-management.

Absences are covered by writing a A4 paper of the topics
