• understands the definition of organisational behaviour and is able to show the value of organisational behaviour in systematic study
• recognises the major behavioural science disciplines that contribute to organisational behaviour and demonstrates why few absolutes apply to organisational behaviour
• understands the challenges and opportunities managers have in applying organisational behaviour concepts
• understands the importance of psychology in today’s business environment
