The student will be familiar with the fundamentals of measurement technology. The student knows the most important sensors, transducers and measuring instruments. The student can process measurement data.

The student is able to define or describe the subject matter related to the concepts and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the associated basic quantitative comparisons and calculations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student is able to apply, calculate, change and choose the concepts related to the matter and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the basic quantitative calculations as well as to complete and produce the necessary information for the calculations.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students is able to categorize, collect, combine and generalize the concepts related to the matter and phenomena qualitatively and calculate the basic quantitative calculations as well as derive and rearrange given basic information.
