Objective
The students are able to assess their competency needs and develop their versatile competencies in live performance engineering by acquiring essential supplemetary competencies. The students get acquainted with a professional field supplementing or supporting their present competencies and are able to apply their learning in a tehcnological-artistic production process. The students are able to use technology in a wider manner in their own professional field, and are able to recognize the effects of technological development in the field of live performance engineering.
Content
The study unit consists of learning content that supports the development of professional competencies in the field of live performance engineering.

Materials of specialized workshops are distributed at the first session of the workshop.

Study unit consists of specialized workshops agreed in personal study plan.
Each specialized workshop can consist of lectures, workshops and learning assignments.

Exam schedules
No exam. The deadlines for returning assignments follow the timetable of the teaching sessions. All assignments must be returned by 30.5.2026.
Partial grades are valid for one year from the start of the course. Similarly, the last date for the return of any separately agreed grid assignments is one year after the start of the course.

The contact teaching sessions of the implementation will be recorded in e.g. Microsoft Stream for use by the students via Moodle and Google Classroom platforms. The recordings will be kept for up to 2 years. If students do not wish to participate in the recordings, they should contact the teacher responsible for the course.
