Learning outcomes

The student
• understands the concepts of rehabilitation, functional capacity and collaboration
• understands the significance of their field as part of multidisciplinary rehabilitation
• can plan rehabilitation in collaboration with the client and other professionals
• knows how to utilise actors in the health care and social services system in support of the client’s rehabilitation
• understands the importance of record keeping in the rehabilitation process
• can apply structured record keeping in a client-oriented way and as part of multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Functional capacity and multidisciplinary collaboration in the ICF framework
• Good rehabilitation practices and the rehabilitation plan
• Basics of setting goals
• Rehabilitation methods from the perspective of the service system in practice
• Structured record keeping as an enabler of multidisciplinary collaboration
