Objective

On completion of the course, the student is familiar with the field related collective labour agreements and the parts of labour legislation that are relevant when working as a supervisor.
The student can use collective labour agreements in contracting, can draw up employment contracts and testimonials of service, and solve problems related to employment contracts.
The student is familiar with labour legislation to the extent relevant for a person working in as a supervisor.
