Objective

On completion of the course the student can
- identify the key players and policies in the field of culture
- identify the various job descriptions related to the cultural manager's mediating role
- understand the importance and social significance of the public and private sectors as well as the third and fourth sectors
- identify the key players and structures of the collective urban culture
- found an association, know how to organize its activities in practice, and know the basics of association law

The student knows the importance of public and private as well as third and fourth sectors and their different roles in society. The student is familiar with the main operating principles of the third sector and is familiar with the basics of association law and how to found an association.

The student knows the importance of public and private as well as third and fourth sectors and their different roles in society. The student knows the central operators in the third sector of culture. The student understands how the third sector functions in general and the importance of the third sector of culture, the scope of its operations, and its future development possibilities. The student is familiar with the basics of association law and knows how to found an association.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the importance of public and private as well as third and fourth sectors and their different roles in society. The student knows the central operators in the third sector of culture. The student understands how the third sector functions in general and the importance of the third sector of culture, the scope of its operations, and its future development possibilities. The student recognizes their own role as a developer in the industry. The student knows how to found an association and is capable of applying the basics of association law to practice.
