Objective
The student identifies and understands change needs in health care and social services that are crucial for health and wellbeing management. The student knows the key change management strategies and models and is able to assess the importance and impacts of change in various operating environments.
The student deepens their competence in the management of change processes and in change management practices from the perspective of participatory change management, digitalisation and sustainable development. In participatory change management, the student gains in-depth knowledge of continuous development practices and in promoting participation and commitment and motivating others. In digital management, the student studies the integration of technologies and their impacts in the development of business and health care and social services functions.
The student is familiar with the principles and key elements of sustainable development and promotes their implementation in their work as a manager. The student takes into account the impact of sustainable development on changes in organisations and operations, and promotes the realisation of the principles of sustainable development.

The development experiment may be conducted in a work environment, or an alternative method may be utilized. Instructions for completion will be provided on Moodle and during the first meeting.

The course or parts of it can be accredited if the student has played a key role in change leadership and co-creation processes and/or has completed studies at the level of a master’s degree that correspond to the content of this course. Follow the e-AHOT guidelines.

During the first meeting, we will introduce the course completion method and assignment instructions. It is recommended that you attend this meeting to ensure a smooth start to the group work component. If you are unable to attend, please contact the course instructors in advance to facilitate your participation.

The student demonstrates that they have a good understanding of the content of the course. They actively acquire information and interpret the key connections between different pieces of information. The student has the ability to analyse what they have learned and to apply it in practice.

The student demonstrates that they have a diverse and broad understanding of the content of the course. They possess excellent information acquisition skills that are suited to the purpose at hand. Approved: The student demonstrates that they understand the basic content of the course but there are shortcomings in their ability to independently acquire and interpret information and apply what they have learned in practice.
