Objective

Students are able to describe the basics of biomechanics, as well the main factors of motor control and learning related to functional ability. Students are familiar with the basics of therapeutic exercise and are able to plan safe and individual therapeutic exercises. Students know how to provide feedback that supports the client’s functional ability.

Basics of biomechanics

Utilising theoretical basics in practical therapeutic exercise and client guidance
