Objective

After completing the course, the student will be able to

- lead staff, teams, work communities and organisations to promote good human resources
policy, taking into account the societal and organisational changes in work
- interact to build innovative management practices and to create opportunities, and proactively
contribute to and develop future working environments
- promote meaningful work and take into account the perspectives of employee motivation
in change situations
- promote diversity in the work community and strengthen the social sustainability of organisations
- reform the working methods of work communities by bringing together different perspectives through dialogue and discussion and build collaborative action and community-driven agency with the help of inclusive interaction

Content

The principles of good human resources policy and interaction in the staff management and strengthening the ethical sustainability of the organisation

Innovative management practices based on multi-agency and managing working environment
development in the changing working life

Employee opportunities to develop meaningful work in interaction with different actors

Embracing diversity and inclusiveness in managing diverse teams and organisations to ensure social sustainability

Ethical leadership and equality, solution-centered and resource-driven management in community-driven agency and in inclusive interactional relationships

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student masters the basic content of the course and is able to apply it to practical management. The student is able to independently acquire, analyse and interpret knowledge, but the ability to combine theory and practice is still incomplete.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student demonstrates a good command of the course content. The student actively seeks information, analyses and interprets its key connections, and is able to assess the learned content and apply it in practice.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students demonstrate a comprehensive and wide-ranging knowledge of the course content. They have excellent and appropriate knowledge acquisition skills and the ability to analyse and use the acquired knowledge. They demonstrate independence and responsibility in decision-making. They have a critical, exploratory, developmental, and innovative approach to management and the future of the sector.

Assessment methods and criteria

Pass
The student demonstrates mastery of the basic content of the course and is able to apply it to practical management. He/she is able to acquire, analyse and interpret knowledge independently, but with an incomplete ability to apply theory and practice together.
