Objective
The class prepares students for leading research, development and innovation projects in the music industry responsibly, with an understanding of diversity and complex interrelations and by supporting community learning.
- Students can identify and anticipate changes in arts and culture, inform themselves about them and to analyze their consequences for the music industry and their own work.
- Students are well-informed about topical issues, viewpoints and concepts involved in the management of research, development and innovation projects.
- Students can justify a research, development and innovation project on the grounds of sustainable development, ethical values and social impact.
- Students can set up facilities for multidisciplinary, multiprofessional and multiperspective RDI project.
- Students can lead a RDI process so that it promotes learning of the community.
- Students can utilize technological possibilities and participatory methods in the development process.

Changes in arts and culture. Topical issues, viewpoints and concepts involved in running development processes. Leadership ethics and impact. An RDI project as a learning process of the community.
