Objective

On completion of the course the student can
- responsibly develop innovative practical and concrete solutions, practices, products or services with multidisciplinary partners to meet the diverse future needs and current challenges in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.
- define the concept of innovation and take development methods into use.
- apply project and network-based work, creativity and competence in regional, national or international development work.

Content

The concept of innovation, development work management and building a development team.
Collaborative project and innovation work and assessment: brainstorming, future-oriented concepting and planning, customer and user understanding, contracts and copyrights, communicating, publishing, productization, marketing and implementation planning.
Multidisciplinary teamwork, stakeholder activities and networking.
Innovation development tools and methods.

Opiskelijat jaetaan kurssin alussa n. 5 hengen tiimeihin, jotka toteuttavat monialaisen työelämähaasteen – riippuen työelämätilaajan haasteesta. Ryhmiä voidaa yhdistää jos tilanne vaatii. Alustava tilaus: taideprojekti, jossa on mahdollisuuksia niin musiikille, tanssille, kuvalle, käsikirjoitukselle kuin tuottajuudellekin.

Opetus ensimmäisen periodin aikana 7 viikkoa 17.1.- kurssi loppuu 8.3.2024
Maksimissaan 15 opiskelijaa, ensisijaisesti kurssille valitaan Musiikin vamuka-opiskelijoita, mutta mukaan voidaan ottaa myös muiden tutkintojen rästiopiskelijoita paikkamäärän salliessa.

Hyvä huomata kurssin laajuus! Opintojakso on laaja ja tiivis, koska se kestää vain yhden periodin. Opintojaksolla on paljon ryhmätehtäviä, joita sovelletaan tilauksen ja tilaajan mukaan. Tehtävien tekemiseen tulee varata aikaa ja suoritus edellyttää sitoutumista ryhmän toimintaan. Koska opiskelijoita voi olla eri pääaineista ja myös eri tutkinnoista, tarvitaan joustavuutta esim. aikatauluissa. Tiimit joutuvat ehkä kokoontumaan myös ilta-aikoina, jos yhteisiä päiväaikoja ei löydy. Tulee siis valmistautua erilaisiin tehtäväkuviin ja aikataulusäätöihin. Voit ehkä tehdä jotain liittyen omaan erityisosaamiseesi, mutta joudut ehkä hyppäämään omalle epämukavuusalueellesi, jossa osaamisesi ei ole niin vahvaa.

Opetus:
- Ennakkotehtävä ennen kurssin alkua
- Innovaation orientaatioluento zoom suurryhmäluennto Juha Järvinen AIKA VARMISTUU MYÖHEMMIN (ALUSTAVA: ma 22.1 klo 9-10 zoom)
- maanantai-iltapäivä klo 12-13:30 tehtäväpalautus + ryhmän omaa työskentelyä 13.30-16.
- maanantai/tiistai tiimiin omaehtoista työskentelyä
- keskiviikko klo 9-10:30 : luento/tehtävänanto ja ryhmän työskentely prosessin parissa
- lisäksi muutamie erillisaikoja, jotka sovitaan projektihaasteen tilaajan kanssa

- tiimin omaehtoista työskentelyä tehtävän parissa

Lisäksi muutamia erillisiä surryhmäluentoja

SISÄLLÖT

Edetään innovaatiossa työkalupakin tehtävien mukaan:
1. tutustumisvaihe
2. ideointivaihe ja ideoiden esittely tilaajalle
3. konseptointivaihe ja projektisuunnitelma: aikataulu, budjetti, työnjako, viestintävastuus
4. prototyypin tai lopputuotteen rakentaminen
5. implementointi, markkinointimateriaalin tuotto, eli lopputuotteen esitys
- oppimispäiväkirjan palautus ja materiaalin toimitus tilaajalle

Opetus ensimmäisen periodin aikana 7 viikkoa 16.1.- kurssi loppuu 10.2.2022.

Voit ehkä tehdä jotain liittyen omaan erityisosaamiseesi, mutta joudut ehkä hyppäämään omalle epämukavuusalueellesi, jossa osaamisesi ei ole niin vahvaa. Kurssi on 10 op laajuinen, eli lakennallisesti työmäärältään 10x27 h= 270 tuntia.

Opetus:
-maanantai-iltapäivä klo 12-13 luento ja tehtävänanto
- maanantai/tiistai tiimiin omaehtoista työskentelyä.
- keskiviikko klo 9-10:30 tehtäväpalautus
- tiimin omaehtoista työskentelyä tehtävän parissa

Lisäksi muutamia erillisiä surryhmäluentoja

SISÄLLÖT
