Objective
The student recognizes the scope of managerial behavior and is able to judge him/herself as a leader and a manager. She/he understands the meaning of strategy and management system.
She/he understands the factors of organizational behavior and knows how the manager-leader’s own behavior affects the work community, teams and individuals in the organization. She/he is able to develop the business communication.
The student is familiar with managerial communication as a whole and s/he sees organizational communication as a focal management tool. She/he is a good communicator also in exceptional situations.

The student has shown excellent performance in all elements of the course. S/he has shown motivation and interest in individual and team learning as well as in sharing one’s expertise.
