Objective

Having completed this course, the student is able to:
-The student is able to plan and manage the activities of a creative industry organization.
-The student masters the interpersonal skills required in leadership.
-Students understand the key areas of leadership and practices in a variety of creative industries
operating environments.

-The student is able to lead development processes in various creative work communities.

The student knows the key areas of management skills and operating methods in different operating environments. The student is able to look at the aspects of management in creative work environments.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to apply the key aspects of management, operating methods and models in various fields of the creative industry environments. The student understands the importance of interpersonal skills in creative field management work. The student understands the importance of development processes in different work communities.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student masters the planning and implementation of creative organization management. The student understands the aspects of creative field management, operating methods and models and is able to apply them in different operating environments. The student is able to analyze the interpersonal skills required in rapidly changing management situations and is able to apply them. The student is able to lead development processes in various creative work communities.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Students are aware of key areas and theories of leadership, and the operational models used in creative environments. Students understand the meaning of strategy in everyday practices.
