Objective
On completion of the course, the student knows the purpose of work planning and quality control on a construction site, and is familiar with the principles of task planning and monitoring progress.
The student masters work planning, quality control, task planning and monitoring, scheduling and organising work on a construction site.
Content
Starting points and aims of work planning and quality control
Planning the temporal, economic and quality-related goals of different tasks and the way they will be carried out
Work supervision
Special questions related to HVAC engineering when planning, carrying out and supervising work
Other topics related to implementation such as site logistics, hauling and lifting
Setting up implementation schedules.

The student is familiar with the goals and basics of work planning and quality control.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the requirements listed above, the student can interpret schedules, report quality deviations and name the tasks of work supervisors.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the requirements listed above, the student can create a schedule and quality control plan for the site and knows the responsibilities of supervisors.
