Objective

Learning outcomes:
The students apply the theories of occupational therapy and plan the assessment process from the perspective of the individual's everyday life and participation. The students know the difference between skills and abilities. The students choose a suitable frame of reference and assessment methods to gather information and describe the client's everyday life and occupational performance in different environments. The students understand the differences and meaning of the gained information in different assessment environments. The students relate the gained information to the multidisciplinary assessment information. The students report the results of the assessment in writing and orally.

Opintojakso toteutuu ajalla 8.-30.8. sisältäen itsenäistä opiskelua jo ennen kontaktiopetuksen alkamista.

Teaching methods

Itsenäinen opiskelu verkkomateriaalien avulla, arviointimenetelmien koettelu ja ohjatut harjoitukset yksilöllisesti / pareittain / pienryhmissä kontaktiopetuksessa sekä työelämäyhteistyössä.

Osa toteutuksesta tehdään työelämäyhteistyössä.

Lasten toiminnallisuuden arviointiin liittyviä harjoituksia tehdään yhteistyössä Pilke-päiväkotien kanssa (tai muu itse valittu pk), lisätietoa yhteistyöhön liittyen lähetetään ilmoittautumisten hyväksymisen yhteydessä.

Päiväkodissa toteutettava lasten toiminnallisuuden arvioinnin oppimistehtävä toteutetaan pareittain ja jokainen opiskelijapari hakee itse päiväkodin yhteistyökumppaniksi.

HUOM! Yhteistyö päiväkodin kanssa olisi tärkeää sopia ENNEN elokuun alkua, jotta opiskelijoiden on mahdollista toteuttaa käynnit sille varattuna aikana 16.-30.8.2024

HUOM! Opiskelijoiden on tärkeää varata opetuspäivien lisäksi arkipäivinä aikaa oppimistehtävän toteuttamiseen, sillä se edellyttää vähintään kaksi (2) päiväkotikäyntiä, jotka on mahdollista toteuttaa ajalla 16.-30.8.2024

Opintojaksolla ei ole valinnaista suoritustapaa. Opintojaksoa ei ole mahdollista ahotoida muun alan osaamisella.

Student workload

5 op = 135t opiskelijan työtä, josta n. 30 t kontaktiopetusta, muut tunnit käytettävissä itsenäiseen opiskeluun, päiväkotikäynteihin ja oppimistehtävän työstämiseen.

Content scheduling

Viikko 32 itsenäinen opiskelu (materiaali Moodlessa)
Viikko 33 itsenäinen opiskelu ja kontaktiopetus ( 1pv reaaliaikainen etäopetus + 2 pv kampuksella), mahdollisuus aloittaa päiväkotikäynnit
Viikko 34 itsenäinen opiskelu, mahdollisuus toteuttaa päiväkotikäyntejä
Viikko 35 itsenäinen opiskelu, mahdollisuus toteuttaa päiväkotikäyntejä ja kontaktiopetus (1 pv reaaliaikainen etäopetus)

- master the concepts of the field and can apply them to the right contexts
- search and combine information from different sources and understand the significance of source criticism as well as
- show they have familiarized themselves with the knowledge base of the field
- act appropriately in the typical tasks and situations of the professional field
-apply the principles of client-oriented work and
- evaluate their own choices and own actions in professional situations.
- act according to the ethical principles
of their professional field,
- take safety related questions into consideration in their actions as well as
- evaluate their own strengths and development needs.
