Objective

By the end of this course of study, student will be able to:
- Identify the key success factors of Start-up Business in Clean-Tech Industry
- Create effectively innovative Ideas in Clean-Tech Industry to start your own Business
- Modify the Start-up Business Idea to be successful in real world pitches, due to the fact that they know, how potential Investors judge and evaluate Star-up Business in Clean-Tech Industry
- Increase the value of the Start-up Business by using intellectual property

Content

This course focuses on introducing students on how to create new sustainable ventures in Clean-Tech industries that maximize value for all their stakeholders, as well as, how to scale and grow them once they have been founded. The course will also introduce information technologies and business applications such as Microsoft Excel to analyze and present business ideas. The course will also include some personal exploration of entrepreneurial mindset and skills. In addition students will understand how intellectual property can drive the value of the company. Students will learn how to create, protect, and preserve intellectual capital.

Teaching methods

The course will be facilitated through lectures, classroom presentations, theory and practical demonstrations, case studies, discussions, assignments and exercises
