Kätilö- ja terveydenhoitajaopiskelijat tekevät tällä toteutuksella joko kirurgisen/perioperatiivisen hoitotyön harjoittelun tai sisätautien hoitotyön harjoittelun. Molemmat harjoittelut ovat pituudeltaan 6 viikkoa (9 op = 240 t). Lisäksi tehdään oppimistehtävänä (1 op) kirurgisen/perioperatiivisen hoitotyön harjoittelussa Hoitopolku ja sisätautien hoitotyön harjoittelussa Hoitosuunnitelma.
Sairaanhoitaja- ja ensihoitajaopiskelijat tekevät tällä toteutuksella Lasten ja nuorten hoitotyön harjoittelun 5 viikkoa (7,5 op = 200 t). Lisäksi harjoittelussa tehdään tehtävä 1 = Ohjaustehtävä (1 op) ja erillinen tehtävä 2 = Hoitosuunnitelma (1,5 op).
