Objective

In this class, students consolidate their expertise and specialist skills and employ their expertise in their work and relevant networks in arts, culture, and music.
- Students can describe and evaluate their professional development needs.
- Students can formulate a personal development plan.
- Students can plan and carry out their education and work assignments along the lines of their development plan.
- Students know which networks and parties in the arts, culture and music industry can help them achieve the goals specified in their development plans and form liaisons with them.
- Students can present their development and specialist expertise fluently in Finnish and English.
- Students can coach groups and work communities in their own area of specialty.
- Students can learn new digital skills for work and education.
