Objective

Upon completion of the course, the students will know how to:
- Evaluate and analyse the profitability, quality and needs for development needs of the care of older people
- Apply the principles of service design and co-creation in the development of services for older people
- Apply the principles of network management based on the varying needs of older people
- Assess digital services as a part of developing and producing customer-oriented services

- Define and depict the profitability, quality assurance and development needs of the service system
- Define and use the means of service design and network development methods in the development of client driven services
-Define and describe the importance of digitalisation in the service production and development
- Act in service development in accordance with the ethical principles of care of older people and equality

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The students know how to:
- Analyse and justify the profitability, quality assurance and development needs of the service system
- Choose and apply versatile methods of service design and network development when developing client-oriented services
- Analyse and justify digitalisation in the production and development of services
- Analyse and implement the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in developing services

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The students know how to:
- Critically and in a goal-oriented way assess the profitability, quality assurance and development needs of the service system.
- Critically evaluate and develop varied means of network design and development when improving client-driven services
- Critically evaluate and develop digitalisation in producing and developing services
- Critically evaluate the ethical principles of care for older people and equality in their practice and service development
