Learning outcomes

The students understand safe working practices as a significant part of their professional competencies in live performance engineering. They advance and sustain a safe and sustainble working enviroment in their workplace. They are familiar with the factors related to ergonomy in their work and work in an ergonomical way. They are familiar with the protective equipment needed in live performance engineering work and uses the equipment when needed. They can prevent fires in live performance venues. They know how to work safely in fall-risk zones. They are able to work safely with the electronic systems related to live performance engineering. They can work safely with the most common tools, and can use chemicals common in live performance activities in a safe way. They can handle and suspend live performance technological equipment safely.
