Objective

On completion of the course the student will know the principles of construction project and will be able to apply them in project management. The student is familiar with how these themes are connected together and what is their influence to each other.
On completion of the course the student can at least
- describe the principles of sectors of construction project (time management, cost management, quality management, work safety, purchase management, risk management and communication).
- describe how these themes are connected together and what is their influence to each other.
