Objective
After completing the course, the students are able to:
• design, visualize and instruct a knitwear collection, that has yarn as its conceptual base.
• apply purposefully the structural, technical and material properties of knitwear in design.
Content
Industrial manufacturing methods of knitwear, knit stitches and their use. Designing a knitwear collection utilizing different knits and their manufacturing methods. Instructing the knit for subcontracting and manufacturing. Knitwear illustration.
