Objective

The student deepens his/her knitting skills in the design and implementation of knitted fabric by familiarizing himself with industrial knitting techniques. The student is able to design and produce different patterned knitted textiles for the needs of a specific target group. He / she understands the different technical applications of knitting material in different application areas. The student is able to design patterned knitwear by computer. The student takes into account the technical and economic realities of production and the principles of sustainable development. The student is able to price his / her design product and prepare technical instructions for production.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the stages of industrial knitted fabric design and product development. The student masters target group-oriented design, knitwear product design and computer-aided design. The student knows the impact of the technical and economic realities of production on the design and production process and knows the principles of sustainable development. The student masters product pricing and technical instructions for production. The student satisfactorily masters the professional presentation.

The student masters the design and product development stages of industrially knitted fabric. The student is well versed in target group-oriented design, knitwear product design and computer-aided design. The student is well aware of the impact of the technical and economic realities of production on the design and production process and is well acquainted with the principles of sustainable development. The student has a good command of product pricing and technical instructions for production. The student masters the professional presentation well.

The student is well versed in the design and product development stages of industrially knitted fabric. The student has an excellent command of target group-based design, knitwear design and computer-aided design. The student knows very well the impact of the technical and economic realities of production on the design and production process and has an in-depth understanding of the principles of sustainable development. The student has an excellent command of product pricing and technical instructions for production. The student masters a high-quality professional presentation and is able to reflect in a variety of ways
