Objective

The student is able to anticipate future changes and trends and identify the effects of future changes on design. The student understands the changes in the operating environment. The student knows the principles of foresight and the study of foresight and is able to utilize the knowledge of the future in the professional practice of design and the methods of foresight in the design process.

Content

-Forecasting the future in the field of design and applying forecasts to the design process
- Principles and methods of futurology and their relevance in one's own work, product conception with a vision
-Operational environment and observing changes
-Visionary conseptualization

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to anticipate future changes and trends and identify the effects of future changes on design.
The student knows the principles of predicting the future and studying the future.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to anticipate future changes and trends well and to recognize the effects of future changes on design.
The student knows well the principles of foresight.
The student is able to make good use of future knowledge for professional practice in design and foresight in the design process.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to anticipate future changes and trends well and to recognize the effects of future changes on design.
The student is well versed in the principles of foresight and is well versed in utilizing future knowledge for professional practice in design and the methods of anticipation in the design process.

The student is able to anticipate future changes and trends and identify the effects of future changes on design. The student is familiar with the principles of foresight and future research. The student knows the principles of predicting the future and studying the future.
