Objective
The student will be familiar with fundamentals of real estate appraisal and its methods and how to use those in different kind of appraisal situations.
The student will be able to attend to appraisal related information and other material, and analyse it. The student is able to establish a written proceeding of the appraisal.

The student is able to describe the basic valuation methods and is able to create a simple valuation document. He or she knows the dynamics of real estate markets.

The student is able to use a number of variable valuation methods. He or she is able to estimate his or her own valuation methods.

The student is able to use a number of variable valuation methods. He or she is able to estimate his or her own valuation methods. The student knows the most common mistakes that might occur in valuations. He or she can draft a more challenging valuation document independently.
