Objective

Student can design and conduct protein production from a DNA molecule to a purified and analyzed end product.

Content

- cloning and protein production
- cell culture techniques, basics of stem cell and cancer biology
- protein purification and characterization methods: precipitation, chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques
- combination techniques in characterization of the end product
