Objective
On completion of the course the student can
- write linguistically, conceptually and structurally comprehensible texts relevant to the content and format of both studying and working in cultural management
- distinguish the requirements of different communication situations and channels, and is able to customize their written communication according to these
- design their digital communications adhering to the the Accessibility Directive
- obtain and use information critically and label the sources appropriately
- give and receive feedback on written communication, and realistically evaluate their own strengths and areas for improvement
- be motivated to continuously develop their own written communication skills
- understand the relationship between the manager and media, and how media operates in the cultural and event production industry
- build and manage the media relations necessary for the cultural production activities

The student recognizes the main types of text in the cultural field and is able to write comprehensible text. They are able to search for information and properly label the sources they use. The student understands the requirements of digital communication accessibility. The student is able to evaluate their own skills as a writer and to give and receive feedback on written communication. They recognize the different stages of the information process and are able to write informative texts.

The student recognizes the main types of text in the cultural field and is able to write fluent and comprehensible text. They are able to search for information and properly label the sources they use. The student understands the requirements of digital communication accessibility and is able to apply them. The student is able to realistically evaluate their own strengths and areas for development as a writer and to give and receive constructive feedback on written communication. They understand the relationship between cultural manager and media, and the different stages of the information process. The student is able to write texts representing different genres and to edit the written text.

The student understands the relationship between cultural manager and media and is able to plan different stages of the information process. The student is able to write texts of different genres fluently and consider the audience when editing their writing.
