Objective
The course provides knowledge on managing Linux systems on embedded environment. On completion of the course students know how to take embedded systems requirements and constraints in account when managing Linux based embedded systems. Students will know how to manage Linux systems on constrained environments and will learn to think how to fulfill the requirements of an embedded Linux system. Additionally, students learn how to evaluate Linux distributions feasibility for embedded environments.

Students are able to define the course concepts and models and are able to justify the analysis. The student is able to apply their knowledge in leisure, study and work situations. The student understands the importance of expertise in the field of information technology and is able to analyze his/her own expertise.

Students have achieved the objectives of the course with excellent marks. Students master commendably the course subject area’s concepts and models.
