Objective
The student is able to integrate the knowledge base of managerial psychology into the the activities and interactions of organizations and work communities.
The student is familiar with internal and external communications that are essential in organization management as well as the different types of managerial communication. The student can see him/herself in a role that involves planning, implementing and developing strategic and daily communications. He/she acquires models and methods of enhancing communication and interaction. The student can use the social media and other tools and channels of digital communication. He/she can also communicate in multidisciplinary and international networks.

Assessment methods and criteria
- Opintojaksossa arvioidaan reflektiopäiväkirja. Jokainen opiskelija kirjoitta itsenäisesti 3-4 sivua reflektiopäiväkirjaa sekä pyskologian että viestinnän osiosta.
Päiväkirjassa reflektoidaan omaa oppimista ja reflektoidaan johtamisen taitoja. Otsikoi aiheella Johtamisen taidot ja harjoitusten fiilikset.
- Lisäksi molemmissa osioissa on pakollisia tehtäviä, jotka on suoritettava, jotta opintojaksosta voi saada arvosanan. Välitehtäviä ei arvioida.
- Opintojakso arvioidaan asteikolla 1-5.
- Erinomaisessa työssä opiskelija pystyy osoittamaan, että on saavuttanut opintojakson osaamistavoitteet erinomaisesti. Lisäksi kiitettävässä työssä on löydetty ja käytetty monipuolisesti aihetta tukevaa lisäaineistoa. Reflektiopäiväkirja on hyväksytty, jos opiskelija osoittamaan, että on saavuttanut opintojakson osaamistavoitteet välttävästi.
