Objective

The goal of this course is for students to get familiar with Agile Methodologies and its Frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. The student will learn about the events, artifacts, and rules in an agile management system. After passing this course, the students will be able to join any kind of agile team and engage with the development team more effectively. In the end, the students will get familiar with Trello and Jira, two of the most useful and well-known agile management tools.
The student will specifically get familiar with the topics related to becoming a Scrum Master to lead agile and scrum teams.
The student will also get prepared for the Scrum Master Certificates.
