Study Guide

Objective

Students will understand the impact of societal changes on the leading of social services. They will be able to participate in the strategy process both as a workers and supervisors. They will be prepared to manage staff competence and the work community. Students will be able to participate in development work and know how to inspire cooperation between the work community and customers. They will know how to work in ways that promote wellbeing.

Content

Changing work environments and multi-disciplinary networks. Strategic thinking and leadership. Management of staff competence and change. Participation of work community and service users in the development of the work-place. Management of wellbeing at work.

- Mahdollinen opintojaksoon liittyvä AHOT-hakemus tulee tehdä ennen opintojakson toteutukselle ilmoittautumista. Opintojakson AHOT-hakemukseen liittyvissä kysymyksissä ota yhteyttä AHOT-opettajaan Markus Neuvoseen.
- Mikäli opiskelijalla on yksilöllisen tuen päätös, joka vaikuttaa opintojakson suorittamiseen, tulee opiskelijan olla yhteydessä opintojaksototeutuksen opettajiin heti ilmoittautumisajan päätyttyä.
Opintojakso on tarkoitettu SXH21K1 ja SXH20K2 opiskelijoille. Opintojakson opettajana toimivat Markus Neuvonen ja Niina Pietilä.
Opintojaksolle hyväksytään max 35 päättövaiheen opiskelijaa (opintopisteiden mukaisesti ja edellyttää että vähint. 1. ja 2. harjoittelu on suoritettu).
