Objective
The student
• is able to evaluate and select appropriate approaches and methods for the research and development of work and working communities in their field of study
• is able to identify the starting points and concepts of the main research and development methods used in their field
• masters the principles of research and development design and the content of a research plan and understands the importance of research design
• is able to collect appropriate research and development data and has the basic skills in processing and analysing data, reasoning and reporting results.

Toteutus on tarkoitettu pääasiassa sosiaalialan aloitusryhmän SXH21S1 opiskelijoille ja sen opetuskerrat toteutetaan lähiopetuksena. Alustava aikataulu on seuraava:
