Objective
Students search and utilize professional research information, and becomes acquainted with the existing research methods in the field. Students identify professional development needs utilizing the knowledge base of the field and considering the topic of their Bachelor´s thesis. Students actively work to promote their own professional development. Students are able to describe ethical, patient insight and evidence-based, and person-centered approach in the social, health and rehabilitation sector, to promote the client's activity and ability to function.
Students analyse and summarize the clinical case in professional language, ending up with osteopathic working hypothesis, and make an individual treatment plan and prognosis. Students document the mid-term evaluation and practice using professional terminology in electronic patient information system. They are able to flexibly change the treatment plan and make treatment-related justifications in unforeseen situations if necessary.
